Three Simple, Not So Easy Things

May 28, 2024: There are at least three things all Mortgage Loan Officers know and can agree on. The mortgage business is a documentation business. The Docs ultimately do all the talking. And there are a lot of docs to deal with (even when everything is digitized). This is a highly regulated business. There is a mountain of rules & regulations to be aware of and follow carefully as a mortgage professional. And this is a people business. Helping people is challenging, rewarding and always interesting. That’s why after many years so many Mortgage Loan Officers stay dedicated to this business and are committed to helping more people become homeowners.
