About this Project...

NJMD is an ongoing research project and a blog on things that interest me. My life's work has been helping people finance their homes. The last several years my focus has been home construction. When I am not at work, this project is one of the things I enjoy doing.

My Blog is called The Deal Desk. Sometimes these things are connected to the mortgage business.
